When Jon decided to quit smoking he knew he would need support. He decided to quit with a friend and they turned it into a contest. Two years later and he is still smoke free! Jon has seen many benefits to being a non smoker. “I have more energy and have saved a lot of money. Plus I have an overall better quality of life.” Jon knew he needed to quit for health reasons and to have a better future, but he didn’t know how good it would feel after he accomplished his goal. “I have a lot of hobbies now and it is easier for me to relax.” Instead of spending his time wondering when he can get away to have a quick smoke, he has more time to enjoy the things he likes to do.
