Katherine quit cold turkey twenty two years ago because she wanted to get pregnant. She decided it was best to quit before she got pregnant so that there wouldn’t be any chance of harming her baby. She found that the key to her success was to not let herself give in to temptations. Now she says that she feels better, has no social stigmas, more freedom throughout her daily life, and has very healthy and happy children.
