Roneisha was an avid smoker who spent most of her day smoking. She smoked upwards to three packs a day and spent a lot of her time just working to be able to afford them. She really knew she had to quit for her kids and health reasons but she was afraid to lose something that has always been there for her. But, she decided it was time, when her children approached her saying that they want her to quit because they want to spend more time with her. She managed to find new ways to deal with stress and hobbies. Tapering down was a challenge but she decided it would be best to do that before she quit with the patch. Now she has been eighteen months smoke-free and she loves it. Her kids are happier than ever and are SO proud of her.
